“We all have to find a way to empower the front lines,” Kerry Purcell, IBM’s Managing Director of Australia and New Zealand, said.
“Whether it’s a country where you have people engaging with citizens, or whether it’s a government agency trying to address health issues with aged care, whatever it might be, attacking it from the front lines and empowering those closest to the customer or the citizen is the single biggest takeaway for me.”
