Update: For every response IPAA will make a donation to Recognise the people’s movement to Recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in the Australian Constitution.

The peak professional association promoting the relevance, integrity, reputation and intellectual rigour of the Australian public sector wants to hear from you.

The Institute of Public Administration Australia (IPAA) are conducting an engagement survey and are seeking opinions from those working in or with the public sector across all federal, state, territory and local jurisdictions.

This is an important opportunity to contribute to vital public sector research and articulate what matters to you and your career development.

  • What are the challenges facing the public sector?
  • What drove you to work in the public sector?
  • What are the public sector’s most important issues and themes?
  • What would help you effectively manage and develop your career?

Be sure to add your voice to the discussion by participating in the survey. It may take between 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

The survey is anonymous and confidential, handled independently by research provider Survey Matters, so IPAA is asking for candid and objective feedback.

The results of the survey will be published in March 2016 and will assist IPAA in building a world class Australian public sector.
