ABC managing director David Anderson defended several of his staff and the ABC chair at a spillover session of senate estimates on Tuesday.

Senate estimates this morning saw the ABC questioned about the disclosure of salaries and staffing levels.

David Pembroke is headed to France for an OECD working party on open government to discuss all things government communications.

A statement published by the ABC on Monday confirmed that all parties had agreed the matter would be discontinued and no damages would be paid. 

Airservices Australia maintains its reputation is being dragged through the mud and that information about executive remuneration from its annual report is being misrepresented. The stakes are not trivial; a Senate inquiry into the agency’s performance remains ongoing.
