Mediator Standards Board

The Mediator Standards Board (MSB) was established to support and promote high standards by mediators and to enhance the quality of mediation services in Australia. It is responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of the National Mediator Accreditation System (NMAS) introduced in 2008. MSB members include a range of organisations including education and training providers, professional membership or service organisations, community or state based mediation services, government representatives and consumer organisations.
