Canberra Sales Executive

The Opportunity
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be expected to drive growth in the public sector market of Canberra. Your job will be to build deep relationships with government executives, to have a detailed understanding of their training needs and to respond rapidly to change. The role is full-time, Canberra based and remote.
The Role
As a Sales Executive, your main focus will be on delivering revenue growth within the public sector market of Canberra. This entails:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Canberra public sector market.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior and middle ranking government executives to understand their training needs.
- Help build and execute a sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Navigate procurement processes and in particular panels.
- Communicate the value proposition of FW training solutions, showcasing how we can address and adapt to the client challenges.
- Collaborate with FW leadership in Sydney and Melbourne.
- You’ll be given a detailed onboarding and induction process, including time with the broader sales and delivery team in Sydney.
- The work is fully flexible and remote.
The Ideal Person
- A sales professional with a proven track record in the delivery of online education and training.
- Have a commitment to gender equity and possess a strong understanding of the market in Canberra and excel at building relationships at all levels.
- Team orientated, excellent people and communication skills, a self-starter
- A background in the sale of online training and education is essential.
- You will need to find opportunities and map the market to secure wins.
- The right candidate will also have a deep knowledge of the Canberra market.
